Meet The Team: Josh Resnick
April 17, 2025

Josh Resnick is a key player as the Head of Customer Success at Slip Robotics, leading a team of dedicated customer success superstars. Josh's role is all about creating long-term success stories for both Slip Robotics and its customers. Think of him as a matchmaker, ensuring that the relationship between customers and Slip Robotics' cutting-edge robots thrives, flourishes, and leads to a happily ever after.
A significant part of Josh's job is to build strong relationships with clients. He works closely with them to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. This often involves working with other departments, such as Product Development and Engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future updates and improvements. Josh and his team are always focused on delivering value to customers. His leadership ensures that Slip Robotics not only meets, but exceeds customer expectations.
Josh is currently focused on two major projects. The first is to strengthen Slip Robotics' training program. Josh is making our onsite training as valuable and impactful as possible to supplement the extensive online training platform that is available to customers 24/7. His second project is fine-tuning Slip customer dashboards to make them as intuitive as the latest smartphone app. He wants customers to see their value metrics at a glance and think, "Wow, that's impressive!"
Josh's journey at Slip has been anything but dull. From his early days in field support to becoming a key figure in customer success, he's helped shape the company's growth story. His contributions don't just impact day-to-day operations - they impact the bigger picture, from revenue growth to making Slip Robotics a household name in automation. Josh's vision for the future? To see Slip's robots become an indispensable part of warehouse operations, where customers think, "You don't have Slipbots? You're behind the times!"
One of Josh's most memorable moments at Slip was during the implementation phase at a customer site. Josh and his team offered to bring pizza to the hardworking engineers configuring robots on site. With 2 hours of traffic preventing a speedy pizza delivery, Google Maps offered an alternate route to avoid the traffic, but the new route was a dirt road through the desert. The team didn't hesitate - any route that avoids traffic is the best route - and surely Google wouldn't lead them astray! Wrong. After 20 minutes on the desert road, the route became impassable and they were forced to turn around. The engineers got cold pizza, and Josh and his team got a scenic drive with marginally less traffic, so overall he thinks it was still a win!
In his spare time, Josh can be found indulging in his totally awesome hobbies. First and foremost, disc golf. It's the perfect way to get outside and challenge himself. And when he's not throwing discs, he's probably playing online games with friends and family across the country. Josh also enjoys playing guitar and board games, hiking and biking with his partner, or scuba diving, proving that his life is all about balance-whether it's work and play.
